Joseph Sweeney
Co-Founder/CEO/Board Chairman
Joseph Sweeney serves as the Co-Founder/CEO/Board Chairman of The Asservo Project. For over 29 years, Mr. Sweeney has devoted himself to serving his country and community as a former SWAT Operator, Bomb Squad Commander, and U.S government Explosive Security Specialist.
Frederick Woodard
Director of Investigations
Fred Woodard, Director of Investigations is a United States Marine Corps veteran, retired Pittsburgh Police detective and DEA Task Force Officer.
Lew Knopp
Director of Operations
Lew Knopp is a crisis and risk management specialist with over 29 years of service and active participation in the field.
Rachael Syska
Outreach Coordinator
Rachael, as one of the Outreach Coordinators for The Asservo Project, had her first exposure to human trafficking at a young age through a documentary film.

Caitlin had her first exposure to human trafficking at college in a book studies course.

Scott is a seasoned investment manager, entrepreneur, and innovative global executive with strong leadership skills and a focus on hands-on execution.

Buddy has been on the board since The Asservo Project started. He joined because he wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and believes in helping those who cannot help themselves.
Stephanie Muick-Cervone, Esquire
Legal Counsel
Stephanie is the owner and sole member of Cervone Law, LLC and has been a practicing attorney for 19 years.

Jason Burtt is a Senior Major Gifts Officer at Grove City College whose primary role is to cultivate and steward significant philanthropic relationships that result in transformational impact.
